On Friday 8th November, the band were up in Aberdeenshire playing for a wedding in the Deveronside Club, named after the River Deveron which has its estuary between Banff and Macduff in the Northeast of Scotland.

The following evening, Paul and Michael played as a duo for a birthday party in Glasgow, held at the Hillhead Sports Club in the West End of the city. With a set-up of Paul on Piano and Michael playing Saxophone, they performed some of the Jazz classics such as Agua De Beber, All Of Me, Dream A Little Dream, It Don't Mean A Thing, Song For My Father and Girl From Impanema to start off the night, and interspersed a few tunes between the ceilidh dances too, where Michael switched to fiddle.

For larger events, drums can be added to the Jazz line-up and this can work well for the first part of en evening reception before switching into the ceilidh dancing.
