The ceilidh band have had a busy start to the autumn with a ceilidhs in Dundee Edinburgh and Greenock in the first week of the month. The performed at the Barry Buddon Army Training Centre for a group of Army reservists up from England on a training exercise.
On Tuesday 4th October HotScotch were back playing at Edinburgh Ceilidh Club for the first time since the start of 2020. Always a great night, the floor was full all evening with a mixture of regular dancers and visiting groups which made for a perfect evening of energised dancing enjoying favourites such as the Gay Gordons, Dashing White Sergeant, Strip the Willow, St Bernard's Waltz and Military Two-Step .
Here is a video of the Cumberland Square Eight - always a favourite at Ceilidh Club.
Great to see the floor filled for the Canadian Barn Dance at Summerhall in Edinburgh.
On the 8th, the band were in Greenock playing for a birthday party at the Royal West of Scotland Boat Amateur Club on the esplanade.
