HotScotch Ceilidh Band News

We have had a wonderful start to the year playing for events all over central Scotland, Glasgow, Fife and the Borders. We love the buzz of a busy dance floor and playing in such a range of spectacular venues, watching happy wedding couples celebrate with their families and friends, the excitement of graduation parties, birthday ceilidhs and many more events.

December is always a hectic time of the year and as one of the premier ceilidh bands in Edinburgh, HotScotch were kept busy playing for functions throughout the month. These included several regular events such as the annual Merchiston Castle School Highland Ball, the MAPE Christmas Ceilidh for all the PE Students at Edinburgh University, The Ratho Winter Ceilidh and of course the Hogmanay Ceilidh at Assembly Roxy, with Laldie Ceilidhs.

The ceilidh band have had a busy start to the autumn with a ceilidhs in Dundee Edinburgh and Greenock in the first week of the month.

HotScotch Ceilidh Band were back playing in the heart of Edinburgh last weekend for a wedding in the historic venue Marlin's Wynd.
